Every tile is also tested for its hardness, water absorption, flexural strength and abrasion resistance. Other technical specifications checked include skid resistance, breaking strength, density, frost resistance, chemical resistance, thermal shock resistance, colour resistance, thermal expansion, stain resistance, moisture expansion and glossiness.

We have dedicated team of 15 people for quality control. 100% tiles pass through automatic planarity machine, which provides surety about Bend, Size variation & War page. Planarity machine is installed on all production line. Machine follows the parameter sets in the system which gives more surety about quality and we only follow internationals standards.
